Position Summary:
As a Cook at Dahlia, you’ll work in a fast-paced, detail-focused kitchen alongside a skilled culinary team. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision, maintaining a clean and organized station, and upholding the techniques and standards that define our kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items with attention to detail, consistency, and presentation

• Maintain proper station setup, cleanliness, and organization

• Follow recipes and plating guidelines accurately and efficiently

• Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards

• Assist in prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations as needed

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

• Work under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of cooking experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant required

• Strong knife skills and knowledge of culinary techniques

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to quality, cleanliness, and consistency

• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

• Culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required
